PRICES
Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
The applicable rates are those presented on the website of our online reservation center.
The prices can be changed at any time by the company without having to notify it in advance. In the event of a change in prices, any reservation already made and validated remains firm and under the conditions defined when the reservation is made.
Standard rate
Cancellation policy
Can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, or on D-2, at 4:00 p.m. After this period, the amount of the first night will be billed to you.
Warranty policy
Reservation guaranteed by the number of the credit card used during the reservation. A valid credit card must be presented when staying at the hotel. A pre-authorization of one night may be made to ensure the validity of the credit card.
Payment conditions
Credit card required when booking. Payment on the spot.
Prepaid rate
Book in advance and save extra money! Full prepayment required when booking. No refund or transfer.
Cancellation policy
Non cancellable, non refundable, non modifiable.
Warranty policy
Reservation guaranteed by the number of the credit card used during the reservation. The card used for prepayment may be requested at the hotel.
Payment conditions
The total amount of the stay will be debited immediately on the credit card used when booking.
Packaged rates
Cancellation and warranty policies and payment terms are the same as the standard rate.

Children Policy
Free cot on request at the time of booking, subject to availability.
Children under 8 cannot access the SPA and its facilities.
Additional bed
Some of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Please request this when booking or contact us directly by phone or email. Subject to availability.
Animal policy
Animals are allowed in our accommodation under the following conditions:
- A supplement of €15 per day and per animal will be paid at the hotel
- They should be clean and wise. The owners are responsible for the nuisance caused by their animals and take full responsibility for them
- Any damage to furniture, linen or any other material property of the hotel will be billed at the end or after the stay
- The owners will have to bring all the accessories necessary for the life of their animals.
Personal effects and room amenities
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the rooms. The company disclaims all liability in the event of theft or loss.
The customer agrees to report any lost, broken, stolen or damaged equipment and is required to reimburse it.
Complaints and disputes
This contract is governed by French law. Any disputes to which this contract could give rise, concerning its validity, interpretation, execution, termination, their consequences and their consequences will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law. After contacting the company’s customer service and failing a satisfactory response within 2 months, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel mediator, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel.
